As part of its mission to promote the economic development of companies and commercial activities in Burkina Faso, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Burkina Faso (CCI-BF), a regulatory institution for players in the business world, has decided to set up an Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation Centre.<\/p>\n

The Center is a major innovation that contributes to improving, streamlining and securing the legal and judicial environment in Burkina Faso. It strengthens confidence between Burkina Faso’s economic operators and their foreign partners. In addition, it helps to relieve congestion in state courts. Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation are dispute resolution mechanisms whose organization is fundamentally based on the will of the parties. The use of these dispute resolution methods is a widespread trend that marks the modernization of litigation management, particularly in the business world. It preserves the fundamental values of business, namely, confidentiality, speed, impartiality, efficiency and profitability<\/strong> <\/i>.<\/p>\n
